The Keizer Renaissance Inn has a large convention scheduled which conflicts with some of our dates. Additional information on the status of more rooms will be available around August 15. We have not negotiated rates with any other hotels. We suggest you try reserving rooms in Salem and then checking the Renaissance Inn status after August 15.
Several years ago we decided to hold the conference at the Keizer Renaissance Inn in Keizer, OR.
We have negotiated a rate of $71.00 + tax per night which includes breakfast. We need to provide an
estimate of the number of rooms we will need before signing the contract. Please take a minute to register
so we can get the contract with the Keizer Renaissance Inn finalized. The Mt. Angel Oktoberfest is a major regional event.
Last minute nearby reservations can be very difficult to obtain!
